Mr. Drouet is an experienced and dynamic litigator who has concentrated his professional career representing commercial businesses in complex design and construction litigation, multi-party toxic tort and traditional product liability litigation and contractual disputes. |

Mr. Drouet has significant risk management experience advising design-build, architectural, construction, and geotechnical companies with respect to complex business risk management, including analysis of risk-benefit for design and construction projects, assessing potential contractual risks, contractual limitation of liability and shifting risk exposure. Mr. Drouet’s practice experience has included risk management with respect to administrative and state licensing compliance for architects, geotechnical and environmental engineers. |

Prior to practicing law, Mr. Drouet worked as a gaffer in motion picture, television, commercial, music video, and corporate industrial productions. |
