The Morrison Law Group is responsible for publishing The Morrison Law Journal, a monthly legal journal which discusses important developments in California law.

The January 2012 edition of The Morrison Law Group discusses the California Court of Appeal, Fourth District decision in Glenn Provost v. Regents of the University of California (2011) 201 Cal.App.4th 1289 where the Court ruled that a Stipulation for Settlement may be binding against a plaintiff even though the primary defendant had an in house attorney execute the Stipulation for Settlement and no other defendant signed the Stipulation for Settlement in any fashion.
